What age group is this magic kit suitable for? The magic kit is suitable for ages 6 and up.
Is the magic kit safe for kids to use on their own, or does it require adult supervision? The magic kit is safe for children to use on their own – but they'll need an audience to wow! This is a great bonding activity with the children in your life, and we encourage you to encourage them to find their magic.
How easy is it for kids to learn magic tricks with this kit, especially if they're beginners? With a few hours of practice, kids should be able to effectively lead a few tricks using the resources provided in the kit. But all learning times differ, and we encourage you to give your child whatever time they need to tap into their magic.
Can the tricks be performed with common household items, or do we need to buy additional props? You will not need to buy additional props to complete the magic tricks included in this kit and featured on the app.
Digital App
Is the digital app included with the purchase of the physical kit, or is it a separate purchase? Access to the digital app is included with your purchase of the magic kit!
Is the digital app available on both iOS and Android devices? Yes, and there's a web version of the app, too.
Are there any in-app purchases or hidden fees associated with the digital app? No. Customers who purchase the magic kit receive the kit and full access to the digital app with no additional fees.
Shipping Information
Where do you ship? We only ship to customers within the United States.
How long does shipping take? Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. arrive within 3 to 5 business days of successful payment processing. Please allow more time for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.
What shipping options are available?

Is there free shipping? Yes! Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over $50 to the contiguous U.S. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are determined by your destination, chosen shipping method, and package size. You'll see exact shipping charges in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.
How can I track my package? When your order ships, we'll send you a ship confirmation email with tracking information (for orders not shipped via USPS). You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your package.
To calculate delivery times to your location: Visit https://www.ups.com/maps, enter zip code 78754 (our Austin, Texas warehouse), select "Shipped from this ZIP code," and find your delivery location on the map for transit days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. We can only accept returns from within the United States, and proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Can I return an unopened set? Yes! Unopened sets can be returned for a full refund within 30 days if they're in original condition with complete packaging. You'll need your original receipt or packing slip.
Can I return an opened set? Opened magic sets cannot be exchanged
What counts as proof of purchase? We accept electronic receipts, original packing slips with order numbers visible, or your order number.
Are shipping costs refundable? No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. We'll help arrange a replacement for broken or defective products purchased from magicallymekit.com.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Stolen Package Policy
What if my package is stolen? If you believe your package was stolen, contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on our findings.
What steps should I take to protect my delivery? Use a secure delivery address (home, work, or parcel locker) and consider adding delivery instructions for a safer drop-off location.
